"DO NOT COME HERE. There are plenty of other state farm locations, this is not one you want to deal with. Save yourself the time and headaches. Jacob Bramel is unresponsive and and absolute nightmare to deal with if an issue occurs. My vehicle was hit and totaled and I couldn't have had a worse experience."

"Brian was very persistent and very patient and waited for me to get back to him over many months. I think when an agent is this conscientious, he will be very good to take care of me when I have, if I have, and I probably will because it's a car and it's Manchester. My daughter highly, highly recommends State Farm and he is saving me over $250 in premiums from Liberty Mutual for the same coverage also includes my rental insurance, which I didn't have before.
